INSTALLATIONS
Alessandra likes experimenting and when she feels a connection coming, she uses different materials and tools. Her work is very often inspired by words, it can be poetry or it can be a story, something meaningful in the moment.
MY VISION
“Writing has been part of my life since I was a child. I played with words like most kids play with toys. As an only child, I was always able to enter that world of fantasy with many ideas and my vivid imagination. I have been creative throughout my life. However, my aim has never been to make money, but to produce art. I would have written even if I had made no money at all from it, because, for me, writing is like breathing. I can’t live without it.”
MY JOURNEY
“I have been traveling the world, looking for that perfect moment with the perfect lighting, exploring different cultures and peoples with words and images, learning about exotic traditions and customs, trying to catch a glimpse of the essence of the human soul. I have lived in many different cities and countries, becoming a citizen of the world. I have become an explorer with the sensibility of a writer and the eyes of a photographer.”
MY GOAL
“I believe in collaboration instead of competition. Experimenting and learning are necessary for me to evolve. I have been, and I keep on being, inspired by other artists, visionaries, interesting thinkers, and incredible people, from all stages and levels. I am open to collaborating with others in every field, from poetry and literature to photography and film; from music to AI, high tech, and creative entrepreneurship, with everyone aiming to make the world a better place and to promote the arts.”
